Transfers to providers outside Türkiye rely on appropriate safeguards such as the standard contracts set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board under Article 9 of the KVKK (Law No. 6698) and the standard contractual clauses under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When a new sub-processor is added, this page is updated at least 15 days in advance, and publishers on Renolva are also informed under Section 8.6 of the Publisher Agreement. For questions, write to support@renolva.com.
